William T. Cofer
William T. Cofer is a native Washingtonian, educated in the DC Public Schools, and a graduate of The American University School of Business, where he majored in Finance and minored in Real Estate Investing.
Early on, William made a deliberate choice. "I didn't want to take the traditional corporate path," he says. "Primerica gave me the opportunity to help people and build a business I could own." In 1983, he joined Primerica, and he has spent the past 43 years doing exactly that: helping individuals and families get on the path to a secure financial future, stay on that path, and build generational wealth that lasts beyond one lifetime.
William serves as a National Sales Director in Primerica. His work is also rooted in the belief that financial freedom is not reserved for a select few. It is built through knowledge, discipline, and the courage to own your future.
Beyond his business, William serves as a Deacon at Maple Springs Baptist Church in Capitol Heights, Maryland, where his commitment to faith and community guides everything he does.
